We developed Pathway Programs where interprofessional learners collaborate to build therapeutic relationships, address health goals, and tackle social determinants of health. These programs emphasize teamwork and community needs. Reflections from students and patients underscore the meaningful relationships and impactful learning achieved.

The Emory Farmworker Project provides a model for community-based IPE programs to create a unique, high yield learning environment to foster collaboration and co-learning for health professional students.
