Presenting at CAB 2025:
This workshop will introduce strategies for using the Flexible Learning Model (FLM) to increase sustainability of interprofessional programs. Examples from interprofessional simulations will enable participants to brainstorm ways they can apply the FLM’s five dimensions of flexibility to develop a plan for improving sustainability within their own programs.
An IPE center created a data-driven, tiered recognition system for faculty and staff facilitators to formally recognize and reward their contributions to IPE, provide extrinsic motivation for participation, and maintain a pipeline of skilled IPE facilitators. Evaluation will include facilitator retention, satisfaction, and effectiveness.
