The COVID-19 pandemic underscored persistent barriers to interprofessional collaboration. Noted barriers are siloed thinking, ineffective leadership, systemic inequities, and inefficiencies. Addressing these challenges requires innovative, inclusive, and evidence-based systems approaches to transform health professions education and practice. The SHARP (Stop, Hear, Acknowledge, Respond Problem-Solving) framework integrates Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Self-Determination Theory, and Relational Coordination to provide an actionable pathway for fostering collaboration, mutual respect, and practitioner well-being. This interactive workshop invites participants to explore SHARP through the lens of creative pedagogy.Detailed description of the workshop : This highly interactive three-hour workshop immerses participants in the SHARP framework through theoretical exploration, multimedia engagement, and practical application. Using ClassPoint as a platform, participants will explore innovative teaching methods to address incivility, foster relational coordination, and drive systemic transformation in healthcare teams.
