  Chad Lairamore, PT, PhD, FNAP is the Associate Dean of Interprofessional Education and Community Engagement for the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas.  In this role, he also serves as the Director of the Community Care Clinic, where we are developing collaborative practice models that will serve as examples of interprofessional education and whole-person care. He is also a Fellow in the National Academies of Practice (NAP) where he serves as chair-elect for the Physical Therapy Academy and as a co-chair for NAP’s strategic initiative focusing on healthcare access and quality.
      
Presenting at CAB 2025:
The Community Care Clinic at UCA is an interprofessional teaching clinic emphasizing whole-person care. Central to the model is the CARE Team, guided by core values and a culture of collaboration. Clients select providers based on needs, fostering personalized, team-based care. With 97% client satisfaction, the model is highly replicable.
