Dr. Michelle LA Nelson (Co-PI) is a Scientist at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute (LTRI) and an Associate Professor at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto. She is a leading expert in stroke rehabilitation and care transitions and holds prominent leadership positions with the World Stroke Organization and the International Foundation for Integrated Care.
