Amy Greminger is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Duluth Campus. She is an internist, and her clinical practice currently is at Essentia Hospice in Duluth, MN. She is passionate about making hospice and palliative care education accessible for students of all disciplines. Her research interests include medical education and advising topics, as well as how to best teach around the intersection between spirituality and medical care. When not working, she enjoys reading, sewing, and enjoying the beauty of the North Shore with her family.

There is little guidance regarding academic-community collaborations in interprofessional education across the learning continuum related to death, dying, and disposition. Presenters describe an innovative 3-year task force (TF) partnership exploring DDD IPE and resources across the learning continuum, including outcomes, deliverables, and lessons learned.
