Angela is an occupational therapist and holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration, during which she focused on partnership between families and professionals. She has held roles as a practitioner, manager, and researcher with youth in both the health and education sectors. She is interested in the transfer of knowledge on collaborative practices to promote social participation and educational success for young (collaboration family-professionals in health and social services, collaboration family-school, interprofessional collaboration, and cross-sector collaboration).

This communication presents each step of a research-action that allowed to codesign two initiatives 1) a Numer-Active IEP device and 2) a repository of collaborative practice skills to be mobilized during the IEP cycle which student and parents agency must be fostered.
