Chastity graduated from Western Governors University with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Chastity has 20 years of healthcare experience, 16 years as a Registered Nurse. Chastity has served as Stroke Clinical Manager at Great Plains Health since 2015. During that time, Chastity was awarded March of Dimes Nurse of the Year in 2017 for Clinical Excellence for her work with patients with stroke in rural Nebraska. Chastity is involved in stroke education throughout Western Nebraska, has presented on stroke for the American Stroke Association, and collaborated with the American Heart Association on the creation of the Telehealth Stroke Certification.

This presentation details the steps taken by an interprofessional committee to deliver an interactive hybrid conference focused on women's stroke healthcare needs in Nebraska. Participants will engage in discussions, explore strategies, and create actionable plans tailored for their interprofessional teams.
