Christopher Rigsby is a physical therapist at the Community Care Clinic in Conway, where he has worked since its opening in 2021. In addition to treating patients, he serves as the "provider liaison," facilitating communication between healthcare providers and the leadership team, which he is a part of. Christopher also plays an active role in facilitating student interactions with patients, helping to enhance their learning experience. Chrstopher is passionate about fostering collaboration to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

The Community Care Clinic at UCA is an interprofessional teaching clinic emphasizing whole-person care. Central to the model is the CARE Team, guided by core values and a culture of collaboration. Clients select providers based on needs, fostering personalized, team-based care. With 97% client satisfaction, the model is highly replicable.
