Mr. Christopher You is a 5th-year PhD candidate specializing in virtual reality and human-computer interaction at the University of Florida, Department of Computer and Information Science. He has a M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Florida. He is a member of Dr. Benjamin Lok's Virtual Experiences Research Group. Mr. You designs and evaluates systems that use technologies like VR, AI & LLMs to create adaptive, responsive virtual humans for mental health interventions, research enrollment, and engaging educational tools.
Presenting at CAB 2025:
Artificial intelligence (AI) offers interprofessional education new tools for students’ learning. This project demonstrated the effective use of a patient chatbot in an online learning environment to promote health professions students’ appreciation of interprofessional collaboration skills and learning about complex patients.
