Dr. Wardian serves as the Associate Director for the University of Nebraska's Interprofessional Academy of Educators (IAE), a dynamic organization with over 250 members. Her expertise lies in assisting faculty with the dissemination of their scholarly work through publications and conference presentations. To support this goal, the IAE has hosted manuscript writing conferences each spring for the past two years. Additionally, Dr. Wardian has facilitated workshops for Washington State University's Collaboration for Interprofessional Health Education Research & Scholarship (CIPHERS) program. Her collaborative efforts with interprofessional educators have resulted in numerous publications across various health journals.
