Lauren Gardner, MHSA, ATC is a Project Manager at the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization, where she supports global advancements in extracorporeal care. As a former allied healthcare provider at Michigan Medicine and U-M graduate, she collaborates with the University of Michigan Center for Interprofessional Education (C-IPE) to advance teamwork and patient-centered care through innovative coaching models. Her research interests include interdisciplinary teamwork, patient-reported outcomes, and qualitative methods.
