Manjari Kumarappan, MPH, is the Health Innovation Program Manager at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) da Vinci Center for Innovation. She designs and leads partnerships that foster collaboration among students, academia, community organizations, and industry to drive meaningful impact in health and community-based settings. With a multidisciplinary approach, she integrates principles of health behavior, human-centered systems thinking, and innovation to empower health students and professionals in creative problem-solving and leading transformative change in their organizations.

Lego Serious Play is a strategy for facilitating brainstorming, communication and problem solving in teams. This mini-workshop will teach participants about the strategy by having them engage in a series of Lego builds and team discussions.
