Mary has worked as a clinical nutrition support dietitian at Cleveland Clinic for 15 years before earning her master’s degree in education for health professionals in 2021 where she learned the power of education and collaboration. This advancement led her to become a Clinical Nutrition Support Manager where she leads multiple nutrition teams. Since 2022, she has also served as a High Impact Engagement Coach for the Office of Interprofessional Learning helping teams develop team effectiveness through collaboration. Mary is dedicated to promote lifelong learning, team engagement and collaboration to drive change and in turn improve patients' quality of care.
