Rebecca Santos Inzana is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, and an Assistant Professor in the Center for Interprofessional Education and Practice at MGH Institute of Health Professions. She teaches within the IHP’s IMPACT™ curriculum, leads institute-wide IPE programming, and serves as Clinical Faculty Coordinator for the Interprofessional Dedicated Education Units program at Massachusetts General Hospital. Rebecca’s scholarly interests include interprofessional education and practice as well as simulation-based learning. She holds certification as a healthcare simulation educator and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Educational Studies from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

Presenting at CAB 2025:

This presentation will share our design and outcomes of a multi-modal faculty development program aimed to improve confidence and competence in debriefing interprofessional simulations containing racial and gender-based microaggressions. Learn how this initiative prepared faculty to lead JEDI conversations and reinforced a commitment to psychologically safe, anti-oppressive, interprofessional learning.
