Teresa is program manager of the Minnesota Northstar Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) offering administrative leadership to an interprofessional training grant, in partnerships with community partners, clinicians and national peers in gerontology. She serves on a steering committee on Dying/Death/Burial; they work to build an open-source online resource library about End of Life. Previously Teresa managed a national network of IPE projects, and helped build an interprofessional database to support practice and education to achieve learning and health outcomes. Teresa holds a BA from the College of Saint Benedict and an MPA from the University of Minnesota.

There is little guidance regarding academic-community collaborations in interprofessional education across the learning continuum related to death, dying, and disposition. Presenters describe an innovative 3-year task force (TF) partnership exploring DDD IPE and resources across the learning continuum, including outcomes, deliverables, and lessons learned.
