The recent AIHC publication of a national survey on the organizational structure and resources of IPE in the United States provides a roadmap for IPE programs of all sizes to compare themselves. Results of the survey identify areas requiring future focus to ensure long-term growth and sustainability. This roadmap can be used to inform discussions with institutional administration and IPE leadership by creating leverage points of influence and alignment opportunities with institutional mission and vision.Session outline with active learning strategies: *Review of the 6 qualitative themes identified in the article (10 minutes)
*Examples of how our program used these themes to conduct a self-evaluation of our program. (15-minutes)
*Small group work in using the 6 qualitative themes to evaluate home programs of the attendees (15 minutes)
