My name is Hannah Fleming, and I am a second-year medical student at Creighton University’s School of Medicine. My research represents the culmination of my experiences as a Center for Interprofessional Education and Research (CIPER) Honors student and my collaboration with faculty across all health sciences programs at Creighton University. With a background as a CNA and hands-on experience in various clinical settings prior to medical school, I have developed a strong passion for interprofessional collaboration in healthcare. Having witnessed firsthand its profound impact on patient care, I am dedicated to improving methods for enhancing interprofessional teamwork within Creighton's Health Sciences programs. As a future physician, I hope to continue advocating for and advancing interprofessionalism in healthcare.

Presenting at CAB 2025:

The survey assessed the knowledge students have of the education, licensure, and clinical responisbilities of the 9 health professions represented at Creighton University. Subjective questions elucidate the preferences of students for the setting of interprofessional education.
