As a Project Manager, Julie oversees the Jefferson Teamwork Observation Guide (JTOG), fostering effective teamwork and collaboration. She implements branding and social media strategy, enhancing online presence and engagement. Julie coordinates JCIPE's Racial & Social Justice Taskforce and serves as the lead trainer and super utilizer for educational technology such as Qualtrics, Canvas, and Excel. She holds a graduate certificate in Institutional Research from Penn State University and is pursuing a Master’s of Education in Higher Education at Penn State. Her commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment has consistently contributed to achievement of organizational goals and enhanced team performance.
