Teri-Lynn Christie is a faculty in the Practical Nursing Program at Canadore College in North Bay, ON and has taught for the last 21 years. Her clinical background extends 17 years in Critical Care. Since Jan 2008 she has held the position of Interprofessional Lead at Canadore College. She led through 2 HFO interprofessional projects and remains the lead of IPE. She along with a faculty Interprofessional education committee continue to develop, plan and implement IP opportunities across Health and Human service programs.
Teri-Lynn’s area of research is quantitative and in Critical Care nursing. Recently it has included Interprofessional Education.
Presenting at CAB 2025:
This research sought to define the current state of IPE in Canada and in what ways are perspectives from the social sciences and humanities integrated therein. We will share models of innovative IPE and opportunities for improved collaboration between higher education and healthcare sectors.
