Victoria Hornyak is an Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Physical Therapy and is the Chairperson of the University’s Working Group on Interprofessional Education. She leads a team of 19 faculty representing the six Schools of the Health Sciences in planning and implementing IPE curricula for students representing over 15 different health professions. She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Duquesne University in 1993 and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University, and an MS in Medical Education from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015.

This interactive workshop uses the "Wise Crowds" method to help leaders in IPE and collaborative practice address real-world challenges through peer-driven problem-solving. Participants will share leadership dilemmas, receive actionable feedback, and collaboratively generate solutions. Leaders across settings will engage, network, and gain practical strategies to advance their efforts.
