As a certified professional in healthcare quality and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Rami leads the implementation and oversight of strategies designed to enhance inclusive excellence and equitable, organizational efficiency, high-quality care and patient safety across all aspects of North Oaks Health System’s operations, with nearly 20 years of applicable experience. Rami is a three-time graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned a Doctor of Nursing practice degree with a concentration in executive nurse leadership, a master’s degree in nursing administration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Rami is certified by the Six Sigma Global Institute as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in organizational efficiency and productivity. Rami also completed the Certified Patient Experience Mastery Program, equipping her with essential skills to elevate patient-centered care standards. Rami is dedicated to improving care delivery, skilled in using data driven approaches to identify areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that foster collaboration among interprofessional teams.
