Presenting at CAB 2025:

This presentation describes an innovative hybrid continuing education curriculum for health professionals to develop and apply the IPEC competencies in their roles as providers and preceptors within interprofessional clinical learning environments. Presenters will summarize the curriculum content, present feedback data, and share lessons learned in implementation and assessment.
Significant gaps exist in implementing interprofessional education in the clinical learning environment. In partnership with three health organizations, the UMN Center for Interprofessional Health launched an innovative academic-clinical partnership model designed to leverage and support IPE Champions employed within health systems. Champion presenters will share lessons learned, outcomes, and impacts.
In this presentation, a nurse practitioner mother and her clinical ethicist daughter will describe their interprofessional collaboration through the art of storytelling to encourage attendees to foster relationships of curiosity and appreciation with their colleagues to enhance resilience, well-being, and work-life balance.
